With 1,500 partner drivers, we transport more than 500,000 vehicles across Europe each year, all delivered in under 48 hours. Our platform helps automotive dealers and rental companies overcome their daily logistical challenges.
In 2023, we successfully completed over 500,000 missions while continuing to innovate to offer ever more reliable and faster services.
Following a €10M fundraising round in 2024 and a €6M Series A in 2021, we are now present in France, Italy, and Germany, with plans to expand into other countries in the coming years.
To support our growth and accompany this new phase of development, we are looking for a Operations Associate.
Job Description
The Operations Specialist plays a key role within Otoqi’s Operations team, tasked with ensuring the quality of services provided to clients while supporting the Head of Operations in the daily management of operations. The position holder is responsible for ensuring that operational processes are robust and compliant, minimizing financial and compliance risks through an internal control system.
- Implementing quality assurance: Apply group quality policies, conduct audits, and ensure process compliance.
- Real-time operations monitoring: Track ongoing services to ensure missions are running smoothly, taking corrective actions in real time if needed.
- Continuous improvement: Regularly review operational processes to identify weaknesses and implement improvement actions, particularly from compliance and financial performance perspectives.
- KPI tracking: Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators to monitor service quality and operational efficiency.
- Deputy to the Country Ops Lead: Take on a leadership and decision-making role as the second-in-command to the Head of Operations.

- Enhance client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.
- Oversee and improve internal processes to minimize delays, errors, and incidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Monitor operating costs, gross margin, deferred or delayed missions, and quality incidents.
- Use tools like Metabase and Zendesk to track and analyze performance.
Required Experience
- Prior experience in logistics or operations.
- Technical skills with versatility and responsiveness, capable of working effectively under pressure in both German and English.
- Excellent organizational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
- Knowledge of Zendesk would be considered a plus for managing our customer relationship tools effectively.
