With €6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021, and a presence in France, Italy, and Germany, we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.
To support our next phase of development, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team.
Directly reporting to the local GM and corporate sales director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the automotive sector, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
This role requires a deep relationship-building skills, and the ability to tackle new or unspoken customer needs with a consultative approach.
Your daily tasks :
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Client Retention and Growth: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Strategic Customer Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Sales and Revenue: Achieve sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving the sales process from pain identification to close.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to steer account strategies and provide value-added insights to the team and to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Customer Operations and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive approach toward the Client.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports on key metrics, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Profile :
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Master degree in business, engineering or equivalent working experience
- Proven track record in Successful account management in B2B and highly structured environment.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Curious, Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to the team's success
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience in mobility and the automotive industry is a plus
