With €6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021 and €10M in 2024, and a presence in France, Italy, and Germany, we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.
To support our next phase of development, we are seeking a Key Account Manager.
Your mission
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts at Otoqi
- Coordinate the internal teams to ensure a quality service and an excellent customer experience
- Create a relationship of trust with your customers
- Monitor the activity of your client portfolio using reporting tools
- Define and help to achieve account growth targets by carrying out Up Selling and Cross Selling transactions,
- Manage some of Otoqi Germany strategic customers directly, in coordination with the General Manager
- Manage contract renewals and price renegotiations
Your profile
- Minimum 4 years successful experience in account management
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills (oral and written)
- Fluency in German and English
- Curiosity about SaaS, mobility and the automotive industry
- Talented and ambitious, results-oriented and keep to contribute to the team's success
- You're independent and resourceful, and like to take the initiative
