Job description
As an Ops Excellence Manager at Otoqi, you’ll be part of the Ops Excellence & Product Team, leading cross-functional projects to optimize, standardize, and scale our operations across multiple countries. You’ll turn operational challenges into impactful process and product improvements, define and track KPIs, and enable local teams through tools, training, and best practices.
Working closely with local Ops teams, Product and Tech, sales and CSM you will design and deliver solutions that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and retention, while laying the foundations for a scalable operational strategy.
Main Responsibilities
1. Impact-driven projects
- Collect and prioritize operational pain points from stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into product or process specifications and work closely with Product Managers to feed and refine the product roadmap
- Fully document each project in Notion
- Establish continuous feedback loops with stakeholders to refine and improve solutions after implementation
2. Performance tracking
- Measure the impact of each deployed project, communicate results to stakeholders, and evaluate ROI
- Maintain and optimize operational dashboards to track performance indicators and feed decision-making
3. Enablement of local teams
- Align operations across countries: standardize processes, adapt to local needs, and drive cross-country best practice sharing.
- Administer and improve shared tools such as Zendesk, Airtable, Notion, and back-office systems.
- Lead internal enablement through training materials and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure alignment across teams.

Your profile
- 3+ years inOperations Excellence, Process Improvement, Product Ops, or similar roles, ideally in multi-country and fast-paced environments (scale-up or logistics are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills (comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL is a plus)
- Proficiency with operational and analytical tools such as Zendesk (customer support ticketing and workflows), Airtable and N8N (automation), Metabase (BI), Notion (documentation and knowledge sharing)
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational roadmaps and deliver impactful projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
