Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of features and products that power Otoqi’s operations and user experience.
You will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable impact for our drivers, clients, and internal teams.
You will work closely with Ops, Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and BPO teams, as well as with external partners, to turn ideas into scalable product solutions.
Key responsibilities
1. Product strategy & roadmap
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for your domain in alignment with company objectives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on user needs, operational impact, and ROI.
- Ensure alignment across teams and communicate product strategy effectively to all stakeholders.
2. Discovery & problem definition
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Analyze data (quantitative and qualitative) to validate problems and measure potential impact.
- Build strong relationships with internal users (Ops, Support, CSM) to capture field insights.
3. Delivery & execution
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver features on time and with high quality.
- Run iterative testing (MVPs, A/B tests, prototypes) to validate assumptions quickly.
- Ensure smooth rollout of new features, including training, documentation, and change management.
4. Measurement & continuous improvement
- Define success metrics for each feature and track them post-launch.
- Gather feedback, analyze results, and iterate based on performance and adoption.
- Maintain clear product documentation in Notion for internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager or in a product-related role.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful features end-to-end in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical skills able to leverage data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product and analytics tools such as:
- Notion for documentation, process management, and knowledge sharing
- Metabase and Mixpanel for analytics and product performance tracking
- Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
- Low-code / no-code platforms like Airtable, WeWeb, and n8n for process automation and rapid prototyping
- Comfortable in a multicultural and scaling organization, fluent in German and English.
