As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be to ensure an easy and smooth integration for new customers.
In collaboration with the sales team and the Ops team, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Otoqi's BtoB sales.
- You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, training them in the use of our platform
- You ensure quality service and an excellent customer experience
- You build a relationship of trust with your customers
- You monitor the activity of your customer portfolio using reporting tools
- You define and participate in the achievement of account growth objectives by carrying out
- Up Selling and Cross Selling transactions
- You are the guarantor of customer satisfaction and its indicator.
Profile π
- Experience in Account Management/Customer Service
- 5 years' higher education in business or academic equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in similar roles
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills (oral and written)
- Fluency in English
- Talented and ambitious, results-oriented and eager to contribute to the team's success
- You're autonomous, resourceful and like to take the initiative
- Experience in start up/scale up is a plus
